How to get to the festival

To minimise the impact on residential parking we encourage you to travel to and from the festival by public transport.

You can travel to and from the festival by:

Light rail - Catch the light rail from Central or Lilyfield and alight at either Jubilee Park or Rozelle Bay. For further information see the location map or visit the Sydney Light Rail website.

Bus - Catch the 431 bus from Millers Point to Glebe Point and alight at Federal Rd. For further information see the location map visit the Sydney Buses website.

Car - There are two car parks and street parking within easy walk to the festival:

  • Chapman Rd North car park - 30 spaces
  • Chapman Rd South car park - 60 spaces
  • Street parking bordering Bicentennial Park is on Federal Rd, Northcote Rd and Eglinton Rd.

We suggest you park in either of the Chapman Rd car parks if possible to minimise the impact on residential parking.

Directional signs will be placed in the commonly used entrance points to the park.  Enter the festival via the south end of the Esther Abrahams Pavilion in Bicentennial Park. The park is wheelchair accessible and adjacent Federal Park contains wheelchair accessible toilets.
